As of today we are the number one company in the BN and ranked number 18 in
the entire state. You have done an amazing job and cannot be more proud of
what you've done. Your leadership, attention to detail and tremendous work
ethic has been impeccable.

When Top and I started out our goal was to be ranked number 1 and create a
unit so strong that despite leadership coming and going the Smoking Guns
drove forward and never fall back. Our Soldiers are without a doubt are the
most important thing. And your leadership is showing greatly.

Thank you for what you've accomplished and will continue to push for. There
is more to come.
